My name is Bea Bilek, I am a nurse and certified shantala therapist with several years of experience. I have found a way to help parents with a holistic and personalized approach after the birth of their baby. I opened the first baby spa in Slovakia.
I gained my professional experience in the neonatal ward, where I spent 11 years. Thanks to my experience with both babies and mothers, I know what worries them in the postpartum period. At Shantala Baby Spa, I have found a connection between classical medicine and alternative methods. I help babies and their parents with various difficulties such as colic, silent reflux or postpartum trauma.
2012 - Completion of the St. Elizabeth's College of Health Sciences.
2018 - Completion of the certified course in Ayurvedic Baby Massage.
2018 - Course in Soundhealing Therapy.
2019 - Course in Proper Manipulation for proper psychomotor development for the baby.
My name is Andrea Halomi. I am a nurse with 10 years of experience in the neonatal unit. I am also a certified infant massage instructor.
It was Bea who brought me to baby massage. Her idea, desire and commitment to help families captivated me right at the beginning. When I became the mother of our Julie, experiencing the magic of Shantala firsthand was magical.
I often attribute both how Julie is developing and her success so far to massage.
I claim to have a sober outlook on things myself. Shantala is a place that has fulfilled me from the very beginning, and I am grateful to be a part of it.

"Massaging babies is an ancient and salutary art. Simple and difficult at the same time.
It is difficult because it is easy.
Like everything that is beneficial."
Frederick Leboyer
Shantala comes from India. She was a woman who massaged orphanage children in the greatest poverty. Indian baby massage was brought to Europe by the French gynaecologist and pioneer of alternative obstetrics Frederick Leboyer. Today, Shantala is synonymous with the softest touch you can give a baby.
